Updates

Controls and feel Sprint + X counters work on a keyboard. The press was being thrown away while sprinting so it could not fire a euro twice. A controller throws its dribbles with the right stick and never went through that code, which is the whole reason the counters worked on a pad and not on keys. New crossovers, and every fade around a dribble move is one number now. They were nine separate values, and a join only disappears when the fade out and the fade in are the same length. Camera bob is gone. An idle breathes, a run cycle rises and falls once a step, and a dribble stance sways - so a camera that inherits body movement is a camera that never sits still. The camera follows you and is aimed by you. The court camera follows tighter. It is behind you, you can tell it is behind you, and it is never behind you for long. Emotes sync. Two people doing the same emote next to each other fall into step, music included. Whoever starts second joins the one already going.
